Group decision making and financial management have been central to Kathy’s career. As a principal with Facilitation Forward, Kathy is hired regularly to guide groups to reach collaborative outcomes. As treasurer of Quayside Village, her skill at bookkeeping and achieving consensus has been vital to the community’s success. Kathy believes in the important role of elders in decision-making and she teaches a seniors’ course at SFU on “Aging Well in Community”. Kathy is committed to seeing businesses prosper in our community. Kathy would bring her skills in fostering collaboration to work every day as a city councillor.
